EMS PIPELINE SERVICES HIRES VICE PRESIDENT TO LEAD STRATEGIC PLANNING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
HOUSTON, September 16, 2004 – EMS Pipeline Services, a leading pipeline operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider, today announced the appointment of Thomas M. Moccia to the position of vice president of strategic planning and business development. EMS Pipeline Services is a business unit of Energy Maintenance Services Group l, LLC (EMS Group).
In his new position, Moccia is responsible for development and implementation of EMS Pipeline Services’ strategic business plan and operations plan. He will guide the company’s business development team in identifying and capitalizing on new avenues for growth in the pipeline O&M market.

Prior to joining EMS, Moccia served as vice president of business development with Texas Energy Center. He previously held executive positions with Conoco, General Electric Co. and Cargill Inc.
